This wednesday, library will be open, librarians will be there for hangouts and conversations. Some of us also brought some new zines from a recent short visit to other places. So, come over Wednesday. We will be there from 17:00 to 20:00.
Miercurea aceasta, biblioteca va fi deschisă, iar bibliotecarii vor fi acolo pentru poveşti sau petrecut timpul împreună. Unii dintre noi au adus nişte zine noi în urma unei scurte vizite prin alte zone. Aşadar, haideţi miercuri. Vom fi acolo de la 17:00 la 20:00.
Since these days it has been weirdly warm, today Rizom will be open, but we will crawl out of the basement and hang around in the yard. So join us if you feel like it from 17 to 19 and let’s get that free vitamin D.

So, the reading circle continues, this time with bell hooks’s – “Feminism is for everybody”, today at 19:00 we’ll be discussing the introduction to her book – “Come closer to feminism”.

Până acum discuţiile din cercul de lectură au fost faine şi ne dorim să continuăm. Programul va fi un pic diferit săptămânile ce urmează, din cauza faptului că vrem să folosim spaţiul şi pentru alte activităţi.
Deci, textul de la Bookchin va fi amânat şi librăria va fi închisă săptămâna viitoare. Dar ne vom întoarce cu cercul de lectură şi, ca de-obicei, biblioteca va fi deschisă în timpul discuţiilor. Ambele texte propuse se pot găsi la bibliotecă şi online (linkuri mai jos).

Am decis împreună că următorul text pe care îl vom discuta săptămâna viitoare va fi “Give Up Activism”, de Andrew X; iar peste alte încă două săptămâni vom citi şi ne vom împărtăşi părerile pe baza textului lui Murray Bookchin, “Social Anarchism vs Lifestyle Anarchism: An Unbridgeable Chasm”.

E 2016 și n-am avut încă nicio discuție despre vreun text subversiv.
Totul trebuie să înceapă de undeva. Începem miercurea asta la Rizom cu un text italian de la începutul anilor 2000. O reflexie asupra represiunii și răspunsul oamenilor la acesta.
Ideea ar fi să discutăm de două ori pe lună despre texte sau teme pe care le alegem împreună.
Discuția începe miercuri de la 19:00 și e deschisă pentru toată lumea care citește textul și vrea să participe.
Pentru cei care nu vor să participe la discuție, dar vor să viziteze librăria, aceasta va fi deschisă de la 18:00 pînă la 21:00.
Here we are, it’s 2016 and we did not have any group discussion on subversive text yet. Everything needs to start somewhere, so we’re starting in rizom this wednesday with an italian text from early 2000. A reflexion about repression and people’s answer to it.
The idea would be to start discussion every second week over text or subject we chose together.
The discussion will be from 7pm this wednesday and is open to anyone who read and is interested in discussing the text.
For the ones that don’t want to participate to the discussion, the library will be open from 18h00 to 21h00.
Party was amazing, thanks to all the people who came and were so nice! It was interesting to see so many different people in the same place for a change; and it was even better to kiss and hug friends who traveled for this. Sunday at A-casa, the falafel rocked our world; this writer can honestly say that that’s definitely the best falafel in town… Vegan art!
So, now back to non-party activities – cause that’s also fun: LIBRARY IS OPEN THIS WEDNESDAY AS WELL.

Petrecerea a fost minunată și vrem să mulțumim tuturor ce au venit și au fost foarte de treabă! A fost interesant să vedem atâția oameni diferiți în același loc și a fost și mai bine când ne-am îmbrățișat și pupat prietenii ce au călătorit că să fie acolo. Duminică la A-casă, falafelul ne-a dat pe spate; acest scriitor poate să zică cu mâna pe inimă că acela e cel mai bun falafel din oraș…Arta vegană!
Așadar, înapoi la activități ce nu includ petreceri – pentru că și alea-s distractive: BIBLIOTECA ESTE DESCHISĂ ȘI ACEASTĂ MIERCURI.
